MathsIsMaths — Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your MathsIsMaths account and the data associated with it.

Option 1 — Delete from within the app

  1. 1Open the MathsIsMaths app and sign in.
  2. 2Tap your account icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
  3. 3Tap Delete Account in the menu.
  4. 4Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately and permanently — this action cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you no longer have the app installed, or are unable to sign in, email us from the address associated with your account and we will process the deletion on your behalf.

We aim to complete email deletion requests within 30 days of receipt.

Retention period: none. All of the data above is permanently and irreversibly deleted at the time your request is processed — MathsIsMaths does not retain any copy of it afterward.
